I have been babysitting since I was 16 years of age with various families from different ethnicity's and preferences. I love being with kids and have a lot of patience with them as well. I have been a nanny for the summer for a period of 2 months or more and I have also worked weekends and or evening hours. I have babysat kids varying in ages 2+ months to 7 years old. My duties have included feeding, bathing, playing, doing homework with them and taking them out to parks or recreational activities. Tutoring has been a plus which I enjoy doing because I am interested in teaching kids and my focus in nutritional science allows me to give parents a fair amount of background that could help their kids expand and better their eating habits. I am willing to babysit any age and do extra work such as tutoring, if desired, or anything else that might come up such as art crafting and taking out for walks or trips.

Ellie worked with my family from Oct 2021 to July 2023. She took care of my son (17mo to 3) full time and also my daughter (5-almost 7) part time outside of school hours. Ellie brings a level of experience and care that is rare to find. She handled my very challenging kids with ease. She’s an exceptional communicator and brings a calming presence. Perhaps the most important things to note are 1) I completely trusted my kids with her and 2) my kids adore her. Pretty much every day that I came home from work I would hear them all laughing, and almost nothing is better than hearing your kids experiencing joy. We value our relationship with Ellie and continue to work with her on an occasional basis so that our kids can maintain their connection with her.
