About Violet

I have been interested in childcare since I was a child myself. At 17, I got my first job in a childcare center, and stayed in the field until 21. Now, I am working as a pediatric behavioral health technician. I have experience in every age group, especially 1-2-year-olds. I started working with kids when I was 15 years old. One thing you should know about me is I make an effort to practice gentle/respectful discipline. My skills include imagining what it might feel like to be in the child's shoes, encouraging children to use their own minds to solve problems or tell stories, and coming up with different activities for children.
