About Veida

Hi there, my name is Veida and I'm an energetic and creative 26-year-old! I started out in STC in the kinesiology field, and quickly earned my Associates degree in a year then moved on to UTRGV and completed my bachelors Dec. 2023, during I fell into childcare four years ago and love it so much! My favorite age group are toddlers, but I have experience with most ages. I'm looking for a full time position, long or short term commitment, and my rates start at $20/hour for one child. I have worked for several families, I'm CPR certified, have my own car, and have taken college courses in child mental and physical development. My focus is giving your child a safe creative space to learn and grow into a wonderful person. I love doing crafts, pretend play, encouraging independent time, and outings when appropriate. I'm firm but kind, and will work with you on any challenges your child may come to. Most importantly, I have my 2-year-old with me.
