Tristan has been our nanny 4 days per week for my 2 kids (2yo and 4yo) since August 2020. I am honestly so sad that we won't be needing her anymore, due to schedule changes for our family. She is AMAZING. She has never called out once, she is flexible and has worked longer days when I have requested, she is always on time. My kids adore her- they ask in the morning if she is coming and after she leaves they are often sad. She has been so reliable and taken such a weight off of our family, often picking up some of our slack at times (dishes left in sink, dishwasher, picking up toys from our evening before). She does crafts with our kids, spends a ton of time outside with them and is generally very engaged with them. I never doubt their safety with her around. I recommend her 100% and if I could somehow keep her with the changes going on for us schedule-wise, I absolutely would! Any family who hires her would be so lucky to have her- she's a gem!
