I'd describe my personality as outgoing, respectful, caring I like working with kids because they teach you just as much as you teach them if you allow them to, I enjoy watching them grow and experience life knowing that I'm contributing to it with them I'm looking for a job that doesn't feel like a job, one that allows me to be a part of the family and all of us are comfortable I started working with kids when I was 16 professionally but I always had a baby on my hip from 10+ I ended up starting my own childcare during the summers and it turned into my full time job at 18 and I've been working with families expanding from home based from then on. In my spare time, I like to just spend time with with a canvas and some paint One thing you should know about me is I'm responsible and flexible, I am able to adapt well with changes and I am more than confident in my abilities to care for children My skills include attentiveness, communication, compassion
