About Tisha

I am a mother of two sons, a recent college grad and a sophomore in high school. I have five years of experience as a home visitor with at-risk families, and as a home child care provider. I worked the last nine years in non-profit/early childhood/family support, but am moving on to grow my own business (a small laundry service). In addition to that, I enjoy spending some time doing nanny work. I enjoy walks, parks, outings to the zoo, the library, or the pool, as well as watercolors, Legos and reading to children. I can help with travel, cooking, errands and pet care. I was once fluent in ASL (American Sign Language) and could refresh my skills if needed. I am CPR certified. I drive a minivan and have a good driving record. One of my children is dyslexic but they are both good students, so I bring that experience. I am a non-smoker.
