Tina has watched our 3 kids for almost 18 months including many overnights. We would continue to have her be part of our family, if it wasn't for needing someone full time. When our needs change back to part time I would hire her back in a heart beat. She is always on time, the kids love her, the house is immaculate when we return home and she is sweet and has great communication skills. She would send me pictures of the kids while I was away, which made me smile when missing them. She has become a personal friend, and I know we will stay close forever. It is just so different having a mom at your house instead of just a babysitter. She gets it!
