About Timothy

Currently an environmental educator and guitar teacher, my interest in child care began with my first babysitting job at age 15. From there it developed into becoming a camp counselor at an environmental education center for children ages 4-9, a guitar teacher for all ages, a substitute teacher for grades kindergarten to high school, an assistant kindergarten teacher in both public and private school, and an environmental educator. To my work with children I bring a calm and patient demeanor which helps develop a trustful relationship with the children I work with. In my spare time, I like to play music, run, and explore and study the natural world. My skills include music education (guitar, piano, drums, bass, ukulele, mandolin), environmental education, and early childhood education.
