I am writing to enthusiastically recommend Tatiane for any childcare position. Tatiane has been an invaluable asset to our family, providing exceptional care and support to our family. Tatiane has been helping our family since our daughters were only 5 months and 2 years old, a little over 3 years ago. It is absolutely no exaggeration to say she is part of the family, and I have gained a great friend. Our kids adore her and her whole family; husband and her own kids. Tatiane is reliable, has never missed a day of work, has never been late, is very flexible and willing to work with our ever-changing schedules. I have never missed a day of work due to the kids’ illnesses; Tatiane’s experience has always made it easy for me to trust her judgement and care. As a new, working mom, I can assure you that there is absolutely no better investment than peace of mind at work with a sick child at home. I am a healthcare provider, and her abilities to care and nurture my kids while sick amazed me every time. During the past 3 years, Tatiane has supported me with newborn care, BLW feeding, successfully potty trained our 2 girls with ease, keeps them in a healthy routine, helped with the kid’s laundry and even preparing healthy meals for them. She also drove the kids to and from school, ballet, swimming, camps, I trusted her to take them to the Pediatrician when I was not available. She took such exceptional care of our family that once, in a pet-related emergency, she even took our dog to the Vet ER! To say we are sad to part ways is an understatement. We are absolutely devastated that our time with “TATA”, as the kids call her, has come to an end, as the kids will start school full time now. We have even delayed our youngest’s going to school full time so we could get an extra year with Tati. Truthfully, it will be a big adjustment for us not to have her keep all of us on track. Tatiane has exceeded our expectations in every aspect of childcare. She is not only a dependable and skilled caregiver but also a kind and compassionate individual who genuinely cares for the well-being and development of our children. We wholeheartedly recommend her for any childcare position and are confident that she will make a positive impact on any family fortunate enough to have her as a caregiver.
