Tara started with my family when my son was 3 months old and ended with us almost 2 years later. We would have continued, but she had a new bundle of her own 😊 She was nothing short of amazing with our little guy! She came in and hit the ground running, while new mama cried herself to work. She sent us pictures and updates all the time! This was such comforting communication. Tara is knowledgeable about… well, everything to do with babies. She taught me SO much in the first year of being a mom. She has a very caring heart, compassionate, patient, and always joyful and positive – even on the tough days. We started with two babies and added a third when the kids were around one and a half. She handled three toddlers with ease and we truly trusted that she put them first in every situation. Tara had a very regimented routine; breakfast, some circle time, out to the park or story time at the library, come back for lunch, naps, snack, and then pickup. They were always outside doing something. They did not sit around the house all day long, and we loved that about her. We knew our son was getting lots of socialization, which most people worry about with a nanny/nanny share. OH! And speaking of naps! She was the one that helped sleep train our son. This was magical. Ultimately, we all loved Titi!! She was the light of their lives for almost three years. Every day, we knew our babies were loved and protected and we couldn't have asked for anything more! Tara made a tremendous impact on all of us.
