About Talayah

Last summer in 2023, Talayah watched our youngest daughter (5 years old). Our kid has cerebral palsy that limits her speech and keeps her from being able to walk. Talayah was able to quickly learn how we communicate with her and was also able to handle the day to day physical requirements of taking care of her. Talayah was very engaging with her, playing many make believe games, taking trips to museums, spending quality time playing outdoors, etc. A few times, we also had Talayah help with our other 3 kids since they also wanted to spend time with Talayah since they saw how much fun their youngest sister was having! My other kids would often ask when they could attend “Talayah Camp” instead of going to their own separate summer camps. Talayah is very dependable, punctual and flexible. She has a lot of patience with kids but can also be firm when needed. We can definitely recommend her to other parents.
