Susan had a great interview with us and seemed like she would be a great sitter for our twin boys while on vacation in Big Sky, MT. We had arranged that she sit for our boys for 3 days while were we in town to ski. Unfortunately, the day before she was supposed to sit for us, we received an email from her letting us know that she would not be coming to sit for us as she had received a request to teach a ski lesson for that day. Although we had made arrangements with her in detail (gave her address, directions, where we could pick her up if she took the bus, agreed on rate and duration of each day) she informed us that she couldn't make it anymore but that maybe she could come in the afternoon. For someone who had arranged a sitter in advance so that they could enjoy skiing while on vacation, this was quite the let down. Please be advised that Susan may not keep her job with you if something else better comes up. As I said before, this was so unfortunate as we were looking forward to her caring for our boys since she seemed like such a lovely person.
