Stacy helped our family out with child care when I had a series of surgeries. She came highly recommended by another family, and exceeded our expectations. She didn't just watch my children. She would help them with their homework, she played endless games with my youngest daughter, she got them snacks, etc.--she engaged with my kids the entire time she was here. I was home at the time in bed, and she respected my space, while letting me know she was available if I needed something. The best thing Stacy brings to the table is her calmness and compassion. She knew my family was in a stressful period, and she made herself available to my kids if they wanted to talk. She was able to make sure my kids knew her expectations and what was acceptable behavior without making them feel bad or alienated. I cannot say enough about how much we appreciate the time Stacy was able to help our family.
