About Sophie

Hi! My name is Sophie. I recently graduated from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin with a B. A. in Environmental Studies and Government. I made an ambitious post-graduate decision to move here to beautiful San Diego and would love to return to my childcare roots! We'll probably get to learn about each other a lot more, so I'll skip to my experience; -I have three years of experience babysitting twins from age 1 to 3 -Three years of caring for eight rescue dogs, each requiring medications -I have 2 years of experience tutoring high school students in pre-algebra math -Approximately 1. 5 years tutoring special education elementary students in English, writing, and social skills -For two years I worked for the YMCA before and after school program -Lastly, I cared for a 2-year-old full time for 1 year!
