About Sonia

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, caring, and empathetic. I like working with kids because they are so much fun! Being a mom and working with kids in my career it is my passion. I'm looking for a job that will have a positive impact on the lives of the individuals and families I will work with. I started working with kids when I was around the age of 14 as my first job which was babysitting. In my spare time, I like to I love to spend time with my kids. Enjoy lots of outdoor activities as well as time with my 4 dogs. One thing you should know about me is I have a masters degree in special education as well as applied behavioral therapy. My skills include naturalistic play, sticking to parental rules and schedules as well as understanding behaviors that may occur.
