About Sofia

Hello, my name is Sofia! I strive to provide a warm, fun and nurturing environment in all babysitting assignments. I create an environment where the children feel safe and supported, where they are allowed to explore ideas about the world, where they are able to develop a strong sense of self and let their creativity flourish! I want the children I sit to be able to develop a sense of belonging, create positive recognition, build healthy relationships, and understand emotional and physical safety. I enjoy initiating, and monitoring games and art projects. I enjoy the challenge of managing multiple activities while ensuring the safety and well-being of children in my care. I am always prepared for fun and engaging activities that provide age-appropriate development. I personally love building obstacle courses and scavenger hunts! I have great picture books, puzzles, playdo, legos, and so much more! My goal is for parents to experience worry-free time away from home!
