About Shiane

Hello, my name is Shiane Rene, and I have 16 years of experience within childcare. From my upbringing in a family who did home daycare and foster care to my independent childcare ventures, I've cherished every moment of nurturing young minds. While I used to work with children who have a disability, as a RBT for 2 fulfilling years, my journey has evolved, and I'm currently pursuing my passion of working with individuals who have a disability by obtaining a Masters in Social Work. I thrive on making a positive impact in children's lives and ensuring their safety and well-being, which is why I'm proud to hold CPR and first aid certifications. I really look forward to the opportunity to work with you and your child(ren).
