Hello! I'd like to introduce myself to any potential families needing babysitting and/or pet care services. I have babysat for a wonderful family during Summer 2019. After that, I worked in a nursery, interned at a child's advocacy center, and went on to start my career after receiving my Bachelors of Social Work degree and license (LSW). I am trained in de-escalation and therapeutic methods as I worked as a family intervention specialist and then transitioned to an adoption and foster care specialist in Dec. 2019-May 2022. I left my full time job to begin online grad school for my MSW and hope to become an LCSW (therapist) in the next 2-3 years post-grad. I worked part time at an animal clinic for two years until I left for college. My job consisted of taking care and observing the boarding animals to make sure they were always healthy, happy and clean.

Shelby is an amazing babysitter! She kept our children (and pets) for the summer. She's honest, trustworthy, dependable, kind, creative, thoughtful, and so much more. She is also very mature and responsible but knows how to have fun with the children. I never worried when I was gone - I knew they were well taken care of. We also have 3 dogs - she was very helpful with them as well. Exercised them and made sure they were entertained. Bottom line is that it doesn't get better than Shelby!
