One of the most important decisions one makes as a parent is hiring and entrusting another person to take care of your child. Sierra was hired by my wife and I to watch out two year old child and assist with picking up our teenagers at school, helping with light housework, and al a carte needs. Sierra was punctual, extremely professional, a model hard worker, diligently searched out tasks and the need to help when not even asked, was a patient and loving caregiver to our kids, and instantly connected with our family and kids on day one. She was a wonderful addition to our family and any family in need of a caregiver would be lucky to have her. I highly recommend hiring her for your needs. A++
