Hello, I'm Sheila! I'm 27 years old and have about 10 years of professional nanny experience, as well as early childhood education training and experience as an assistant teacher. I predominantly prefer to take a gentle approach to discipline with a focus on identifying emotions and learning to properly work through them however I will ultimately follow what you as a parent feels is best! I really enjoy sneaking learning into everyday play to really maximize a child's inherent ability to learn. I'm currently available 3 days a week, however if I'm able to bring my 2 children (ages 1 and 2) not only would it increase socialization for your little one but it would also give me the freedom to have open availability!

Sheila was a nanny for us for a 2 month temporary job. We had a hard time saying goodbye because she was excellent with our 7 month old daughter. Our daughter lit up every time Sheila arrived and she enjoyed the time she spent with her. I worked from home some days and there were many occasions I could hear her singing to her and she was always very interactive. Also, Sheila quickly learned my daughters schedule and was able to make adjustments when needed based off her past experience. I felt like I could fully trust her to look after my daughter as if she were her own. She was always very punctual and very pleasant to interact with. I highly recommend her!
