About Shayna

I am a mother two beautiful boys who are 10 and 13 and they are my whole world. I have +20 years of experience in the childcare career. I have lot of passion for children, I have cared for infants , toddler, preschool and school aged children several different times in my life. I have worked in day cares and have become lead teacher and even director. I was a study hall teacher at north middle school during Covid , and I also worked for hands the afternoon school program k-8th grade . I have worked with behavioral children , disabilities and trauma with a crisis nursery. I have 280 hrs on the CCT , and I have nannied for one family . I enjoy cleaning cooking , and extracurricular activities with children . I'm educated in lesson planing and curriculum based education and learning, also I'm very crafty and love to teach and share my imagination. I am always striving to build strong relationship with children and their loved ones.
