About Shannon

Shannon has been working for our family for over 6 months, providing childcare to our two children, ages 3 and 6. She works 21 to 24 hours a week for 3 days a week. Shannon is absolutely fantastic. She is very mature, responsible, respectful, and thoughtful. She is punctual and flexible, and she has never missed a day of work. She is wonderful with our kids, and they reciprocate the affection and love she shows them. She is playful, silly, and active, and she sets reasonable and consistent limits. The kids love her and look forward to seeing her, and we do as well. She is easy-going and sincere, she accepts feedback warmly, and she gives great suggestions. She pays close attention to our children and adapts seamlessly to their needs. Shannon accepted our approach to pandemic life, reinforcing our mask rules in public and distancing outside of the home. We wish she could continue with us forever.
