About Shannon

I am a veteran teacher with experience in grades 2-12, and I currently teach 5th grade. I love working with kids and finding creative ways to engage, care for, and teach them. I am structured, responsible, and young-at-heart. I am open to babysit, tutor, and/or nanny. I have a Master's Degree in Education, a Bachelor of Arts in English, and worked in both public and private schools. I have have volunteered extensively through Church and other non-profits, have a heart for all ages, and I'm happy to work with special populations, including those with special needs and adults who need support. I am happy to run errands and help around the house with whatever is needed- I love to organize and check things off a to-do list! I am CPR-certified, vaccinated, and in good health. I'm allergic to cats, but love dogs! I'd love to be of help to you and your loved ones; I am open ASAP, but am not available for full-time work until June 10. Thank you for your consideration!
