About Shannen

Hello, my name is Shannen. I have been a mom to a 1 yr old boy and 3 yr old girl. I'm looking for something part-time for the days when I don't have my children to care for. I absolutely love working with kids. I have babysat before having my own children and I was also a preschool teacher for 2 years. My son was 3 months premature. The experiences I went through and still go through with my son have taught me how to act quickly and calmly in stressful situations, push through difficult emotions and still be a loving, patient, and fun mother to both of my kids. I am very experienced, attentive, patient, fun, responsible, and reliable. I know what it's like to search all over for the right babysitter for your children, wanting to find someone you trust like family, someone you can leave your children with and not be worried at all about their safety and wellbeing.
