I hired Sarah for my 7 month old and she's been a trooper through his big emotions and eager to learn and help. My second child is on the spectrum and rarely do I see people who know how to interact with her but Sarah immediately did, naturally. One of the sweetest and most thoughtful ladies we've had help us over the years for sure.
