Everything was great the first week we had hired her to assist with taking care of our 3 month old. She came across as super punctual, communicative, and reliable. She had agreed and committed to providing assistant care until June 2024, so we went ahead and pushed our daughter's daycare start date to around that time. After one week of helping us out, she no call no showed the following week, and completely ghosted us when we attempted to make contact. Super inconveniencing for us as we scramble to search for childcare and just overall disappointing as we were left without any notice.
