I had a phone and in-person interview with Sarah for a nanny position. She was very responsive to chats, e-mails and setting up an in-person interview. We immediately liked her. She is friendly, has lots of energy and was very engaging with my children (aged 3.5 and 8 months). We ultimately went with a candidate that has more infant experience, but I think that Sarah would made a wonderful addition to any family with slightly older children than myself.
