About Sarah

For five years I worked as a nutrition educator with MU extension. I taught preschool through adults in a variety of settings throughout multiple counties in NE MO. I enjoyed teaching kids about making healthy food choices and the importance of physical activity. I especially enjoyed the hands on lessons helping kids make simple healthy recipes or mastering basic cooking skills, all the way to creating full meals.
