About Rita

For many years I've worked in the health field, until my last job ended with the doctor's retirement. I've worked as a nanny off and on for children from infancy up. For the last six years I've worked for a family with two children who are now 11 and 12 years old. I truly enjoy letting kids expand their own imagination and helping them achieve their milestones. I'm Brazilian and speak Portuguese, Spanish, and English. I'm an energetic, active person who loves the outdoors and leading kids to libraries, zoos, parks, etc., as well as engaging them in indoor activities such as arts and crafts, dance, cooking, yoga, and meditation. For me, interaction and creativity is important; with me there's no time to watch TV! I'm an energetic, active, organized and punctual person. I have a clean driving record and my own transportation. I am vaccinated and very COVID-conscious, and have CPR certification. I am located in Oakland. References upon request.
