When Renee was with our child she took excellent care of her. Had wonderful activities and games even though our child was not even one yet. However she struggled to come on time in the morning and often called out sick, as our nanny, this left is in a bind. Then she quit without notice after 4 months with our family. It was a very difficult time and transition.
