About Randa

I'd describe my personality as flexible, fun-loving, energetic, and positive. I like working with kids because they remind me to take in each moment fully. They help me have a selfless perspective and remind me to live for things that transcend this earth-truth, beauty, and goodness. I love teaching them new things about this world and look for opportunities to pour into them and help shape their minds. I started working with kids when I was in the 6th grade in my church nursery and babysitting until I graduated high school. While in college, I continued to babysit, and I was a counselor at a Christian summer camp, where I learned how to be intentional with every moment. I learned how to be creative with very little resources and how to add energy and fun to any circumstance. I understand the flexibility, creativity, and patience required to care for kids. I desire to help children be who God created them to be. I believe that schedules and routines are crucial for children to thrive.
