About Rachel

Hi, my name is Rachel! I began working with kids when I was 14 years old. I started as a volunteer at the daycare I grew up attending, helping organize games and entertain kids from ages 1-12. I worked with them for two summers as a volunteer. When I was 17 I became a teacher's assistant at a local summer enrichment program. There I worked with the preschool class in the morning helping them learn colors and letters. In the afternoons I worked with the elementary and middle school children both helping supervise trips and tutor them in geography, English, and math. I've also worked as an overnight camp counselor at Camp Sankanc for three summers. While there I was responsible for caring for my campers' daily needs. I have also worked as a babysitter for several different families, with kids anywhere from 6 months- 6 years old. So I have lots of experience coloring, playing with cars, and playing at playgrounds. I'm happy to help you in any way I can! (Also I'm fully vaccinated!)
