Rachel has worked full-time for our family for over two years caring for our twin boys, Andy and James. We are immensely grateful for everything she has done for our family, and she is truly a top-tier private nanny. She has a genuine love of children and is remarkably patient, nurturing, trustworthy, and flexible. Our twin boys were born somewhat prematurely and spent a few weeks in NICU following the birth. Rachel joined 4 months after their birth - a challenging situation and handled it with ease. The boys are now big, healthy, and remarkably well-adjusted. They have met all of their developmental milestones from birth to age 2. We credit so much to her and her work, and we're excited to see our boys go off to preschool with the strong foundation that Rachel helped to lay. While Rachel has her own professional style and approach, she is also open to feedback, making adjustments, and working with the parents to figure out what works best for the children.
