Hi, I'm Rachel! I currently work as a Lead Registered Behavior Technician providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to kids with special needs in a clinic setting. I graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2016 with my B. A. in Psychology. I am currently enrolled in my final semester of graduate school and will receive my MEd in Foundations in Behavior Analysis in May! Following my undergraduate graduation, I worked as a Therapeutic Child Support Worker for a foster agency serving kids with special needs for a year and a half. I have been babysitting since I was 12 years old, and have extensive experience watching children ranging in age from newborn-13 years old. I have two adopted sisters (9 and 10) and have cared for/babysat them since they were infants. Furthermore, I have two years of experience as a Direct Support Professional, helping individuals with various special needs.
