About Rachael

Hi! I'm Rachael! I've had 15 years experience working in childcare. I worked in the preschool my mother ran in-home for 13 years as well as after school programs for elementary age kids. I have experience in as-needed babysitting and recurring childcare (nannying). I ran youth programs at Apple for 4 years and have facilitated art lessons for all ages. When babysitting, I'm involved and interactive. I have a fun and engaging time while keeping safety as the main priority. I make sure that each experience is a positive one filled with encouragement, creativity, and fun. I prioritize creating partnerships with parents so I can ensure I am supporting your family values. In my free time, I am a visual artist and I love to play guitar and sing. I love the outdoors and staying active. I am also bilingual in Spanish, conversationally.
