About Poni

I cannot express how much finding Poni was a miracle for me and my son. I’m a single mom, and without going into too much detail, had an emergency that required me finding care to help watch my son with my sister doing overnights while I had to go on a work trip. I was devastated to be leaving my 3 month old for the first time (he was supposed to be coming on the work trip) and knew I needed to find someone I felt 100% comfortable with, who could also handle being around my dogs. I made a listing on care.com, and received multiple responses - but something about Poni just felt so right! From her profile I could tell she was very experienced and I had a great feeling, she also has extensive experience with dogs (truly animals of all kinds) which which me feel great that she’d be comfortable around my dogs too! We ended up FaceTiming, I explained the situation and got a bit emotional, but Poni handled it all so kindly. I could just tell she was the perfect nanny for my son! Fast forward 3 months - we’ve had the privilege of calling Poni not only our nanny, but truly a friend and even more so part of our family. We love her SO much! We ended up moving back to NY to be closer to more family, and leaving Poni behind was truly the hardest part about leaving. If you’re looking for an experienced, fun, loving, kind, considerate, calm and reassuring nanny, I truly cannot recommend Poni enough. She came through for us SO many times when we desperately needed help, and made very difficult situations not only possible, but manageable. 10/10 recommend Poni for all ages and animals too!! We love you Poni!
