When joining this app my intentions were to find a reliable/ trustworthy full time nanny for my son who at the time was basically only 2ish months old. At the beginning/ after getting into a routine Pim was great! As time went on (5-6 months in) I started to notice she has become more relaxed when tending to my son or even completing a simple task pertaining towards my son. A few reminders to reinforce the safety of my son as well as to communicate any/ everything if regarding my son and or her attendance were discussed with her. After 6months and on, she became too comfortable with her employment to where tasks would not completed/ rushed, communication especially regarding my sons safety were no longer there (more so she relied on my mother to inform me, sometimes I would not hear until a day later or two) relying on my mother to update me about her attendance, sleeping on the job in the guest room and communicating in general was no longer there. The two biggest problems for me were her not communicating about my son’s safety and her not communicating in good time regarding her attendance especially if needing to take leave for a month but only giving a few days notice. Pim was my first nanny I have ever hired in my life and yes she has been a great help from the start/ good help as time went on. Pim no longer works for us, however Pim is very kind at the end of the day. Five star rating in the beginning, overall rating - 3 Stars.
