Phyllis cared for our son since he was 6 months old and I wholeheartedly trust her with him. She is punctual every single time, and very communicative - so we never felt like we didn’t know what was going on. She made sure our son was always cared for and within her sight at all times. Although Phyllis was solely responsible for our youngest son, she always kept an eye out for our older 2 children too - and made sure they were safe when in her care. We have never felt uncomfortable or doubtful when Phyllis is around, and would highly recommend her as a reliable caregiver who will be a big asset to any family.
