I am so glad we hired Paula to be a part of our family for this summer! Paula is sweet, trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable about the needs of children (I have a newborn and toddler). She was able to quickly charm my toddler (not easy!) and help me with daily tasks like feeding the kids, getting them to their naps and reinforcing rules/boundaries (with my 3 yr old). She is great at multitasking for both kids and is so helpful. She is a self starter and always doing something. She is also an excellent communicator and we were always able to work things out if there was a schedule change. I wish we could keep Paula unfortunately our schedules do not align for the fall, but whoever gets to work with her is SO very lucky.
