About Paige
Experience: 10 yrs
10+ years of nanny & teaching experience. Children ranging from preemies to 9 yrs; primarily newborn twins. I've taught preschool music, Kindergarten, and First Grade. For a time I stopped being a Nanny to help my daughter, now a college graduate, with her severe Sensory Processing Disorder. Simply put: Working with children is my passion. I am thrilled to have returned to working as a Nanny. My greatest personal fulfillment is realized when I help a child succeed. Active exploration and creative thinking are among the skills I love to facilitate within each developmental stage. The encouragement of curiosity is an important key to insuring future progress and success. As a former teacher I strive to immerse them in books & language, math & science, music & laughter, and lots of physical activity. The child's developmental progress sets the pace but it is my job to keep them challenged and to insure that learning is FUN. For me, a child can never ask "Why?" too often!

Paige is one of a kind when it comes to childcare. She matches experience, love for children, and a desire to really help change and grow a child with every day that she comes in. She is also a trusted advisor, great at reporting on day to day activities and can spot issues quickly. Educationally she is exceptional, knowing when to push or hold back on the activities your kid needs today to let them grow.
