Olena (Lena) took care of my daughter for ~2.5 years from ~6 months until she was 3 and went to pre-school. She is a wonderful nanny: Lena loves taking care of kids and can't imagine doing anything else. She was very loving and attentive with my daughter. Lena cooked healthy meals for my daughter (and me) such as soups, veggies, smoothies. Lena was proactive. If she noticed that my daughter had a rash or any other health concerns, she would immediately bring them to my attention. She also recommended books, toys, clothes, food. Lena is very honest. She told me right away if my daughter fell or scratched herself. Lena is a great educator. Lena sang and read to my daughter. My daughter has a great vocabulary. Lena brought arts and crafts supplies to entertain and teach my daughter. Lena took my daughter for a walk every day (unless my daughter was sick). Lena was able to work long hours - which was an important factor due to my work.
