Norma (Priscilla as we know her) worked for us and watched our three children for several years off and on (due to changes in our schedule). She was wonderful with them and they all love her. She still comes over frequently to check on them. She could easily handle all three at once (which is a challenge), and was very competent and very reliable. She never missed a day. She took the children on trips and drove them to and from preschool. If you need child care or in-home care of any kind, I would strongly recommend that you consider her.
