About Noelle

Hi! I'm Noelle! I just graduated from Creighton University in May, and I am looking for the right family to nanny for in my new home - Richmond! No other job has given me as much joy as nannying, so if your family is genuine, silly, and caring, I think we would be a great match! I'd describe my personality as outgoing, energetic, authentic, and kind. My most recent nanny job was with the most incredible 2-year-old, and I also have experience with nannying all ages and as an early childhood teacher. My responsibilities at these jobs included designing and facilitating fun projects, overseeing worktime and playtime both indoors and outdoors for several hours at a time, mediating conflict between kiddos, extensive daily cleaning responsibilities, making sure the family feels supported, and rotating toys in and out of use according to the child's interests.
