Nicole was kind, punctual, helpful and excellent with specifics. I trusted her to pick my son up from daycare. She took care of household needs such as starting dinner, changing and folding laundry, bathing the kids and letting the dog out. She was a huge help with me and my 4-year-old and infant while my husband was traveling for work.
