Nicole's character and work ethic are impeccable. I served as her supervisor for a non-profit organization in Hawaii that focused providing programs and services to seriously ill children and their siblings. Nicole is caring, empathetic, yet firm when she needs to be with youth of all ages. I would highly recommend her in any care giving situation. She provides a caring yet structured environment for children where they feel safe, can have fun, and learn at the same time.
