Nayeli came to our home on time and she was very friendly. Kids instantly bonded with her. I have observed her and she pays extreme attention to the kids and does not get distracted. She did not use her phone during the whole time she was caring for my kid. She was very gentle with my 2 year old. While my 2 yo was sleeping, she took the time to organize the playroom. An extremely good first time experience!
