My name is Natalie I currently have over7 years of experience caring for children. My first nanny job I stayed with them for 4 years. Not only did I gain experience and knowledge of children from a newborn to a soon to be 5 yr old I gained experience with caring for 3 small children simultaneously. During this time I became aware of just how much I adore being and flourish as a nanny. My ability to connect with the little ones at an individual level and age is extraordinary and helped me to realize my value to Caretaking. my understanding of the importance in abiding to specific preferences, values and ideals of each family has made me successful . This position is important because I'm playing a part in instilling positive behaviors and actions as a role model to young minds. Id love to offer parents relief from their busy lives knowing their child is with a-kindhearted person who can follow specific daily instructions, while keeping safety patients, And love my top priority.
