Very trustworthy, energetic, able to adapt and handles challenges well. We really liked her and things were going great, and then she randomly texted me after her second paycheck to quit saying it wasn't a good fit. (She offered to work a select days for the next two weeks.) I was completely blindsided and shocked because everything seemed to be going so well and she hadn't voiced any concerns. But most of all stressed that I needed to find another nanny when my daughter (1.5 with separation anxiety) had finally warmed up to her.
