About Molly

Hello, I am a career nanny with availability in my schedule. I have a masters degree in counseling, years of experience as a nanny, and I am a mother myself. I am passionate about taking care of kids and understand developmentally how important these early years are. I take a gentle parenting approach and am all about the children I work with knowing they are loved for being themselves. I provide enough structure for children to feel secure and opportunities for children to explore their environment. I believe in kids getting lots of fresh air, reading, and giggles.
