About Miriam

Hi! I'm Miriam, I'm a lover of nature and books and creativity. I am an artist, parent, student for art and nature therapies, and teacher, and have been working with children for 15 years in different educational environments, including outdoor educational programs, summer camps, home schools, nannying, and Montessori schools. The age range I love working with the most is 6 months to 6 years. I bring skills and interests in singing songs, playing music, telling stories, doing art projects, and being outdoors. My focus with children is on kindness and social-emotional attentiveness, and I am most comfortable with gentle and positive discipline. I am also familiar with attachment parenting and holistic lifestyles and I love being part of home cultures where healthy eating is prioritized. I am comfortable and familiar with all types of family structures and am an LGBTQ+ ally. I am fluent in English and Hebrew.
